Project Description:
A new 3,500 square foot, 4 bedroom home on a non-comforming lot with a private deep water dock on Marion Harbor. The home includes a 3-stop elevator (basement, first floor, and second floor). The first floor living spaces and the second floor master bedroom suite have comanding views of Marion’s inner harbor. The turreted dining room has the flair of a by-gone era, designed to fit in with the adjacent homes that were predominantly built in the 1890’s and early 20th century.
