The addition and alteration project to the Back Nine Clubhouse was for a new 29’ x 33’ addition which included a new upper level kitchen facility that tripled the existing capacity. Expansion of the dining area and lounge was from a 86 to 120 person seating capacity, and a lower level expansion of the banquet area from a 44 to 100 person seating capacity, without the inclusion of a new bar and outdoor seating area, which includes another 30 plus seating capacity. The work also included a new handicap accessible entrance with four new handicap restroom facilities, and new landscaping.
