Project Description:
The Harborside Condominiums is an adaptive reuse project that converts a historic Bed & Breakfast into eight, 1,800 – 2,200 square foot luxury condominiums. Each unit has two or three bedrooms, a reserved space in the underground parking structure, and a mooring in New Bedford Harbor. Each unit is designed to have clear view of the harbor as well as Fairhaven village.
