Project Description:
This new showroom building was built on the existing foundation of the previous McDonald’s fast food restaurant. The showroom serves as an auxiliary facility to the main building located on the adjacent lot. The truck center has a showroom and a sales and financing offices. The site is located in a residential zone. To facilitate the approval process, it was decided that the building should take on a more traditional New England Shingle Style appearance, making it more appropriate for a residential neighborhood.
