Scope: Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
Duration: 2002 – 2006
On-Going work for Decas Cranberry included master planning and the multi-phased expansion of its central facility. Phase One included an 18,000 square foot addition to manufacturing and warehouse, and a custom metal building manufactured by Butler and constructed by CWB. Phase Two included a 5,000 square foot addition to an existing utility area and a new outbuilding. Phase Three included the construction of a new 11,000 square foot corporate office headquarters. All phases were completed within strict time constraints, so as to be completed before the harvest season.
