Project Description:
Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc. was commissioned to complete a comprehensive survey of exisiting conditions at the Annisquam River Marine Fisheries Station. Upon completion of the existing conditions report, SKA was given the task of providing the department with two concept proposals. The first proposal was for a phased expansion of the exisiting facility. The second proposal was a concept for a completley new facility that could be built on an unused portion of the site. The final document included cost estimates, elevations, 3D Models, plans of each phase of the expansion, program comparison and analysis, and critical path schedules.
