Project Description:
Morrison Farm is a 33-acre site with a historic 1930’s house and barn. The project started with survey of the existing buildings and site. Options for development were based on a widely diverse interest of stakeholders in the town; from conservation, to active recreation, to historic preservation. The feasibility study included preliminary plans, construction cost estimates, and schemes for phased development over several years to achieve long range goals with town resources.
