Project Description:
As part of an on-going relationship with Nye Lubricants, Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc. developed a master plan for the expansion of their Fairhaven facility. The phased expansion includes new corporate headquarters, expansion of their existing research and development department, manufacturing space, and shipping. The new corporate offices will host visitors from around the world. Facilities will include a state of the art teleconference center. The project will feature sustainable design practices such as daylighting, and possibly alternative energy sources such as wind generation and photovoltaics.
