Project Description:
This velocity zone 4 bedroom home replaced a small seasonal cottage and was designed for year-round living. The kitchen has an island that seats 5 and opens out onto a large deck. The den, living room, office nook, kitchen, and master suite all have magnificent views of the ocean. The master suite has a pair of private, second floor decks that create even greater views of the surrounding marshes and ocean. It was featured on the cover of the June 2007 Edition of “From House to Home” magazine.
