Scope: Conceptual Design
Project Description:
Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc., in conjunction with Prime Engineering, Inc., and Highway view, LLC., designed, permitted, and have started construction of phase II of the Market Basket, Riverside Landing development in the city of New Bedford’s Fairhaven Mills overlay district.
Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc., designed the six unit, 12,000 sq. ft. building at the front entrance to the this three phase redevelopment project.
The proposed multi-store development was designed and permitted in keeping with the overlay district guidelines.
Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc., assisted Taco Bell’s nation wide Architectural firm in utilizing New England construction elements to blend in with the historic overlay districts requirements.
