Re-Model of 1920’s Sears and Roebuck Catalogue House
A 1915 “Sears and Roebuck” railroad box “village” house re-model. This house, which came to the village of Mattapoisett in a railroad package, was updated to create a new open floor plan for this three bedroom home, and to create a new feel and ambience to this historic packaged prefab. This home went from packaged to mega ambience with 3.5’ bump outs on the east side.
