Scope: Master Planning Design through Construction Administration.

Project Description:
Phase One: Master Planning for space needs and the addition and alteration project to the Yarmouth Sailing Center is for the updating of new windows, doors, exterior siding, and roof.
Phase Two: The interior modernization of the interior with new insulated exterior walls and sheetrock, the installation of two new handicap bathrooms, redesign of the existing kitchen, and storage area.
Phase Three: In the final Phase III there will be the construction of a new 24’ x 30’ free standing pergola assembly space for 80 students. The addition with custom fabric roof and side cover to hold sailing classes and functions. The project is a Yarmouth Ma., beach front property that is located in a FEMA
AE zone.
