Scope: Conceptual Design
Project Description:
Located on the site of the Governor Bradford Hotel and Issac’s Restaurant, this mixed-use building was slated to become an integral part of the Plymouth Downtown/Waterfront Public Space Action Plan. The two lots are adjacent to the May Flower. These two projects were designed to include 25,000 SF of restaurant / retail space with parking at grade. 38 upper floor apartment / condo units at the Bradford site with underground parking for each unit.
The Issac’s site had 13,000 SF of the total 25,000 SF restaurant / retail with 54 residential units above and parking underground for each unit. The buildings are designed to blend with the architecture of historic Plymouth, while adding much needed space and amenities at a maximum height restriction of 35’ and 2.5 stories. Project was not realized due to the financial crisis.
