Scope: Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
Duration: 1999-2002
Project Description:
The design for the New Bedford Animal Rescue League called for panelized construction as an alternative construction method, using pre-engineered wall sections, built in factory controlled conditions and shipped to the site for final construction. With excellent quality control and greater cost savings, panelized construction allows for flexibility in the design shape, unlike modular construction which can resemble “cookie cutter” production.
