Project Description:
Victoria Riverview Development is the adaptive re-use of an existing mill building into a mixed use residential – commercial space. The new three-story lobby transforms the building into a vibrant and inviting space. The interior rehabilitation includes loft-style condominiums; many with dramatic views of the Acushnet River.
The lower level was converted into a resident parking garage. The development includes a waterfront restaurant and convenience store. New penthouse units will have decks that overlook the River. The project features a “green roof ” that adds beauty as it reduces storm water runoff.
