Project Description:
Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc. in conjunction with construction company R.P. Valois and Company, Inc. and The Friends of the Wareham Free Library, took over the failed attempt by the town and the previous architect to expand and refurbish the historical Spinney Memorial Library in Onset, Massachusetts. The team redesigned the project in order to reduce the cost from the original public bid cost of $900,000 + to it’s current $500,000 Friends fund raising requirement. The project is now completed and was on schedule and on budget.
