Project Description:
While working with the City of New Bedford as a building inspector, Stephen Kelleher served as Grant Writer, Cost Estimator, Project Manager, and Architectural Engineer for the restoration and renovation of the New Bedford Free Public Library and City Hall. Funded by a community development block grant, the project included equipping both buildings with central heat and air conditioning, masonry restoration, slate roof, copper flashings, gutters, and handicapped accessibility.
